Training & Support
At ESD, we believe one of our greatest strengths has been the overwhelming support and encouragement our associates receive. This dedication is evidenced by the recent addition of a management team whose purpose is to promote the company, and provide superior training and support to its associates. We will strive to do whatever is possible to assure the immediate and continued success of our associates.
In addition to our NEW in depth Policy and Training Manual, we’ve also begun to hold ongoing training and certification programs, as well as regular other incentive programs to insure that you have all the “tools” you need to maintain and thrive in your business.
Our Yahoo Groups board, to which you will be invited upon acceptance of your application, serves as a “virtual water cooler” where you can communicate with other ESD associates and share ideas. It has proven to be an incredible motivating source of support for our associates.
Sample Kits
We have done our best to keep start up costs very low. The prices for these items are discounted at 30% and shall only be available for purchase by Independent Representatives whose agreements are accepted by Enchanting Scents Design. You
may build your own sample kit by choosing your favorite fragrances and colors from our product list. Be creative with your kit to show your customer show diverse ESD can be.
